Popup Cinema lets you book Dogwoof films and documentaries for Non-Theatrical and community screenings using our online booking system, in a matter of seconds.
Many of our films have attracted dedicated communities of people devoted to the campaigns and issues reflected in our films – be they groups concerned about over-fishing (The End of the Line), ethical practise in the coffee trade (Black Gold), or campaigners for global democratic rights (Burma VJ and Mugabe and the White African). Many of these supporters want to be able to setup their own film screenings to support these campaigns. Popup Cinema is here to help that by allowing people to directly book and license films.
It turned out these Non traditional screenings have been getting more and more popular each year. So much so that we have setup Popup Cinema to make it as easy as possible for everyone to get involved. Launched in 2004, Dogwoof has been helping setup screenings of films such as Black Gold and Restrepo in places from little cafes in Wales to big Museums in London. Over the next few months we will be adding more and more films so do give it a try and let us know what you think.
