Co-directed by Mary Wareham, a leader of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines (ICBL) and Brian Liu, with an original score by Brendan Canty of Fugazi, Disarm features harrowing footage smuggled out of the isolated nation of Burma, scenes from minefields in Iraq and Colombia and exclusive scenes shot by Afghan deminers.
