Dogwoof Global Sales title Girl Model will be getting its European Premiere at the Rome International Film Festival on Oct 29th at 8pm and will also screen on the 30th at 11.30am. Both screenings will be held in the Teatro Studio and will be followed by Q&A with the filmmakers David Redmon and Ashly Sabin. After this the film will continue its European Festival launch during November, in CPH:Dox Copenhagen, IDFA and Tallinn Black Nights in Estonia.
Girl Model follows a complex supply chain between Siberia and Japan, within the modelling industry, told through the eyes of a scout and a 13 year-old model. It will be released in the UK and Irish cinemas in February 2012. You can find out more on Girl Model on the films website
